Event Name: Rotary Peace Pole Planting Event

Event Description: Join us for a historic and heartwarming event: the first Peace Pole planting in our Rotary District- happening on the International Day of Peace, Saturday, September 21st, from 2 to 4 PM at Rotary Park.
The Peace Pole will display the message, “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in the top 8 languages spoken in Clarksville, celebrating our city’s cultural richness and Rotarys global commitment to peace.
Activities include:
-Student poetry readings
-Peace rock painting
-Guided peace walk
-Refreshments: Rotary Cookies and Drinks
